View Full Version : My New Ride 1970 Challenger R/T S.E. 440 Four SPD

I picked up this 1970 Challenger in late April of this year and i finally have a chance to share the car with all of you here.
Only 142 1970 Challenger's were made with the R/T S.E. U-Code 440/375 HP Motor with Four Speed Transmission.
Got this beauty out of Texas and it has always been in Texas before i purchased it.
Car has 69K Original miles with Original vinyl roof from 1970.
It is a complete number's matching car with one repaint done in 1990.
Car has original interior with only the carpet Being changed and the body still has all of it's original sheet metal and floors,never being apart without a restoration but one repaint.
Some Options are AM Radio,A33 3:54 9+3/4 Dana Sure Grip Rear Axle,Salt And Pepper Interior,Rim Blow Steering Wheel,Light Group,Console,Power+Disc Brakes,All Tinted Glass Etc...
There are only 2 changes on the car that were not original to the car,NOS Chrome Mirrors instead of the factory colored mirrors and the NOS flip gas cap instead of the twist on cap.
Car has Incredible documents including, Rare Broadcast Sheet for a LA built car,Original lease payment booklet from Chrysler, Titles from every owner with complete history, Photos of original Dodge Town Dealer in Dallas Texas, Photos of car with original paint, Window Sticker and Much Much more.
A two time feature Magazine car and 2 time calendar car.
Car has won some prestige's awards from the past owner like >>> Best in class at Mopar Nationals 2004, Highest scoring car at SME Carlisle 2007, 3 time pentastar Gold Awards and one time best of show at Mopar mini Nats and much more.

A lot of people don't like Yellow, but I have always been partial to the colour on most of the musclecars of that era. Of course, that Black thing is more up my alley <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif
