Alright... this look was dated for 1990, as the tires were already several years old.

I was 18 at the time and picked up a Granny '70 Nova 230, PG. Swapped out the springs for 5-leaf rear and HD V8 coils to jack the car up a few inches on all 4 corners (kind of popular to raise the car up a bit in the '80s). Added some junkyard '70s rallys with "billboard" polyglas F-70-14 bias ply tires up front, and G-60-14 Kelly Superchargers in the rear.

I'm calling this "day 2", 'cause even thought it was 1990, this pic could have been taken in the '70s.

Eventually the car got a 350, TH350, power discs, buckets, console, etc and settled down to a more "stock" ride height.
