What a genius. Whenever I felt down I would go on youtube and watch his standup or him on Johnny Carson and in 5 seconds he would light up my feelings and I would crack up all day long. I feel so bad for him and especially his daughter and wife.

Very sad.Saw him 3-4 years ago.Really made me laugh.As a boomer I could really relate to his comedy.RIP Robin.We'll miss you.

I'm sure he and Jonathan Winters are enjoying a few laughs together now...the two of them were without a doubt the funniest guys that ever were.

This is truly sad news. I've admired Robin for many years and I also knew he had his demons. Maybe the people who give the most publicly are the ones with the most private demons.
