What makes that tach a American motors piece. Just trying to learn. I have a couple of those tachs in my cabinet. Maybe I'm missing something

Sun made a similar version as a speed shop part. The part number is ST-602. The American motors tach had a redline on the face and was model number ST-635.

I thought maybe it was the redline that set it apart. Thanks for the knowledge.
