SR People: Can you suggest a good site or two for me to view W-30 cars and also a great book to read to learn about these cars?
Good W-30 clubs where I might find a real car? How about a highly regarded expert on these machines (I know Stefano is a good one.)?
That's good for starters. Thank you.

Fred
There are may olds guys who focus on a specific year or make for Oldsmobile, examples would be Curt Anderson for 66 and 67 W30, The Hurst Olds Club for the 68 and up H/O. The marque and years they were produced is too varied for one "expert".I have created a website for the car I own(ed. Shoot me a question if you have interest in a 1970-1972 442 or W30.

Good source to learn is look on the sites like classic Oldsmobile and the detailed restoration threads. You will learn and see a lot of great info on how and what things should be on these great cars.

Classic Olds is good. Haven't been on ROP in years, the culture there was rancid.
