Shocked..
His original music was always costly & difficult to acquire.
It just got worse.
Very bad year for Musicians, and it's not over.

He is a Minnesota legend. Lots of historic landmarks lit up in purple last night.
Sad day.

When Eric Clapton was asked by a reporter, what did it feel like to be the greatest guitarist in the world,he replied, "I don't know, ask Prince." When left out of the Rolling Stones list of the 100 greatest guitarists,Prince's friends helped him with including him in this. You'll see it at about 3:25....BTW the young man is George Harrisons son.

One of the best guitar solos ever captured on film, I will always say. Chevrolet ran the coolest ad on Friday:

Prince played all the instruments on his first album, nuff said there. A real musical talent that didn't get his due, but maybe he wanted it that way.?
