This guy had this Chevelle up on Ebay a few weeks ago.I hate the color. It is not Gold,it is code #63 Desert Sand. One of the worst colors GM ever put on a Chevelle. It does not know what shade it wants to be.
Autumn Gold and Champagne Gold are much more defined. This color reminds me of my Dogs Diarea!
But seriously this Chevelle did not leave the Factory with an LS-6 engine originally from the Line.
The VIN# 136670K121778 is a mid October 1969 Made Chevelle Convertible. It is right behind my Chevelle on the Assembly line.October,2nd week.
The LS-6 engine was not installed in the 1970 Chevelle SS untill Early December 1969.This is a Fact.
I have the Last VIN#'s produced at each plant,as well as records from all Chevrolet plants that dictate this along with what I have seen, heard and touched in my years.
To the buyer of this Chevelle:I am available if you need me to Testify. http://www.yenko.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/wink.gif

I know of two for sale localy, but Az. B/J auction made these morons feel they have a Harvard type tuition payment coming due to them!

I also see in his ad he states Micky did some work on this.Could this be our own Micky Hale also in Ohio?
The last VIN# produced at Kansas Leeds plant in October 1969 is #123529.Way past when this car was produced.

Just wanted to make it clear, I had nothing to do with that car, I know nothing about it. I was suprised reading the description with a Micky spelled the same as mine and in Cleveland could as it could be taken for me. Just want to set the record straight. No problem.
