I am trying to verify a '69 Camaro as a potential COPO or possibly Yenko. VIN 124379N675115 Body Tag (71 71, 715, X11 Nor 103675). The car also has a BE code on the rear, and I'm waiting for the build date and numbers on the M21.

Thanks for your help,

Bix

Definately not a Yenko, Cannonsberg or otherwise, based on the info you posted.

That's the car being sold through Kruse Intl.

I didn't think it was a real Yenko. Could it be a real COPO though? What else should I look for? Does someone have the list of VINs for the '69 COPO Camaros?

Thanks!

You should ask if there is any original documentation that goes with the car (i.e POP, buildsheet, original window sticker, etc).

What are the dates on the rear? Does it have the cowl hood, PDB, 4 core radiator, etc? That VIN doesn't show up on the lists that Ed has on his web site, but you need to check for all the clues to see how much matches up.

I think they started over on the later cars.

That is correct, due to the extended production on the 69 camaro to 11/69

That is correct. My 08A car is 124379N671122 with BDY number 100381, or the 381st car after the reset.
