I need a Chevy bolt pattern axle with a pressed on sealed bearing.....application not important. I have this stupid idea of trying to re-finish some aluminum wheels. I don't want them polished so I'm going to rig up some way to do it with an axle..unless someone has a way better and smarter idea.Cabin fever I guess.

I know Strange (axle co.) sells a bearing they hone out that will press on to a chevy axle. Had a c-clip elimination kit on one car with these bearings. When I had to replace them, I just ordered two bearings from the part number on them, turns out they broke while pressing them on. I called Strange and they told me that they hone out that particular bearing for their kit. Hope that helps.

If all else fails I'll just put the car on jackstands and throw it in first gear !

Damn....you know when you are getting old when you are called sir! No offense taken...after all....no one normal would try and use an axle to polish wheels anyway !!
