This is beleived to be a 1968 COPO Chevelle L78 from Ste. Marie Automotive LTD outside of Montreal Que. Can anyone decode these numbers, including the POP dealer code and zone code on line 3 of the POP.

Why would an L-78, which is an RPO, be considered a COPO car?

Also, correct me if I am wrong but a SS car would not be made a COPO?

13837 means it was ordered as a SS 396.
