Does anyone know what Delaware race tracks were popular in the late 60's early 70's? Are they still in business now? Also, does anybody have photos of any car or cars called "Satisfaction" either 1, 2, 3 or 4 that raced in Delaware or Englishtown during that era?

Thanks,
Mike

I have seen pictures of that car. I don't remember the car but I definately remember the name. It reminded me of the Rolling Stones song. The guy Joe C. bought all of his photos from at Carlisle has pics of that car.

I don't know if Cecil and the Grove are the same or not, but from what I've read Atco and E-town are a couple of the quickest/fastest tracks in the nation. Good altitude coupled with the good air this time of year makes for some good times. I know a lot of the late model car mags like to test at those tracks and have gotten some UNBELIEVABLE times out of some magazine cars there.

In fact, Andrew's buddy Evan Smith drove a stock '99 Z-28 to 12.8s at E-town a couple years ago! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif Both MM&FF and GMHP do a lot of there road tests at the east coast tracks.
