-----Would a near perfect, low mile, dark green,Hemi Cuda going for a bit over a hunnert get you going? I heard while at Chevy/Vettefest that a friend of mine has his for sale.Dont know alot about the car,but everything this fella has is NICE! He is a well known engine builder in the south Chicago area.Matter of fact he built my wifes 427/390 66 Vette motor. It dynoed at 410hp and idles like a baby............Bill S

How about a 1970 Cuda, 38,000 mile original paint/interior,numbers matching, highly optioned, 440 six pack, yellow, black interior and vinyl top, power windows, shaker hood, adult owned since new, never abused, nice unmolested low mileage original documented car that could use an easy resto to be show mint or left as is survivor. Not positive but I believe 60+. Email or PM if interested for more detailed info and photos.
Thanks,

My good buddy is selling a lime green 70 Road Runner. 383 (original motor) auto (original trans) with tons of documents. I am not sure of his asking price but I know it is not too much $$$.

One of my cousins told me that they had bought a '65 Baracuda with only 38,000 mi on it. Black original paint. Wonder what it would be worth?

There was a triple black 70 Challenger on the Resale lot here at Hickam last week. I can check Sat Morning if you would like and see if its still there and send you the info of the seller if you like. As for a finders fee if bought keep it for shipping charges from Hawaii.

CUDA,

I am sorry I did not get back to you sooner. The car is NOT for sale. My buddy has been convinced to give the car a frame off resto. I can ask around to see if anyone has one.

Dan, please do'nt take this wrong, but I always wonder what they do to call it a frame off resto on a uniboby mopar. You can drop the K member, and the rear end, but thats about it. Perhaps someone is trying to sell your friend something thats not what it seems. Schonye /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I guess it is a just a term that I use too freely. It is the same thing with a Camaro. It has 2 sub frames but is still a unibody. I have heard guys on the board talk of the frame off resto of their Yenko. In terms of my friend, he is doing the resto himself. Maybe this helps?

Check this out.

Cuda. A dear frend of mine has a beautiful 71 Cuda for sale. The car is a yellow 340 six pack, 4 speed, real shaker hood car, with bill boards. All the mentioned features were factory installed from the factory per the fender tag. I think that he has the broadcast sheet. BTW the car DOES NOT have the original motor. Really a beautiful car. If you are interested call me at 708-257-8539.

------When I mentioned this Hemi-car I mis-spoke a bit.Car is as described condition-wise,but its a 1971 Hemi Challenger 4/spd. Been GGovier checked and has 25,000 orig miles. Repainted in the mid-ninetys. Gorgeous car,I have been told. As good underneath as on top! Sorry for any confusion........Bill S
