Can anyone tell me about this meet, is the swap meet large, does the auction have good muscle cars and 'vettes for sale, is there a car corral?

I'm in Northern California, it would be a pretty good drive to get there, just want to know it is worth it.

Thanks, Warren

stay home I will let ya know Mon how it went...honestly its the first one of the season for us and it can be pretty good and it can be really good!!!...depends on if we get some fresh guys unloading some stuff or not...as for cars I have never bought one there but have seen some good deals happen last year they had a auction and ran some stuff through..saw a few nice rides..but mostly just shiney junk some guy was trying to unload...now if you are looking for parts its worth checking out...times are tight and I suspect there will be some stuff kick loose thats been hiding... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Drop the hammer and come over...need to double check who's going with us but may have a extra pass to get you in early for a first go on the stuff there.... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif worse case you can hide in the trunk of the car when we go through the gate... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif

you guys missed a pretty good show...fresh from the barn '61 Vette went last night for 20...was a really clean car!!! and a '69 SS 396 Camaro went for 18 last night..and there were some other neat pieces as well..the Caprice found a new home...if it wasnt raining today it would have been perfect... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

and the funny was I gave this guy $20 as we were picking up...I wanted a 1st through 2nd full throttle blast on the main St. past where we were picking up on the inside car was a blown SB 4spd 56 2dr that was pretty healthy and very nice...it was hilarious he went by hit it but he didnt really get it revved up...he then pulled up to the light and the freeway on ramp was just through the light on the right..well when it went green he waited and revved it up and let it go...you could hear that bad boy creaming through the gears through the intersection onto the ramp and up onto the highway.. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Bud, did you see the navy blue '67 Nova go through? It is in the Tribune ths morning but no details. It looked really nice but since it was wet it was difficult to see how straight it was. Jim

Yea I rode my bike around it real quick fri afternoon..it was a auto so that kinda turned me off and it was a little wabble down the pass side...I did not look real hard at the driver side and I did not lift the hood...had it had a stick I would have really checked out..looked like a decent driver..not a show piece as it sat though...but I am real picky.....question is how fresh is the paint and whats under it...???
