we have had a really strange hot weather here like high 80's for the last few days and when the weather gets good here most everyone drops what they are doing and go play before its starts raining again.

Denis and I took out the Z for some excercise fri night to Taco Time... dont get much better than cruising in 80 weather and a solid lifter motor buzzing along... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif then hitting the shop and drinking some brews and retelling old car stories until the wee hours.

Bud.

Hey Bud,

a 427 ci, 390 hp Vette, not too shabby! Please tell us more! M. Green or Silver? Black or Green INT? Original looking? restored or cleaned? Thanks for the pictures!

Was the ZL-1 motor in the Vette a Yenko block?

427 car is Mgreen, black guts and looked like leather,I over heard someone say if you think this one is nice you have to see his '62.... it looked like it was redone http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif....next time I go I will talk with some of the owners ...to be honest I was overwhelmed there were like 20 really..really nice cars there I walked around and snapped some pics and we went inside to eat, next thing ya know most of the nice stuff left...I did not look at the ZL-1 thing that close, I looked under the hood noticed a couple winters flakes and said cool snapped a pic and went on my way...cant wait to go back.

Bud.

What is location of taco time ? what nights do cars show up ? I live in West Seattle, getting the itch to take out my cars for some fun. I remember that black 62 vette from my old street racing days on south park freeway , car had a 4sp at the time it ran pretty well .
