I like to collect old speed decals. Did FG/DH have decals back in the day? If so, are they rare? Anybody got any images, so I know what im looking for. thx.

Henry, I don't know of any decals but there was a emblem like the Yenko one that had Dick Harrell on it. There is a shirt patch with Fred gibb on it. Hope this helps.

Here's a Dick Harrell decal I found on an old Corvette distributor shield years ago.

Correct as usual! Here's an NOS example of the DH information packet Steve's talking about... Note they spelled his name incorrectly on the packet.

Joe I have the same kit but it was missing the stickers. I didn't know those were in the kit!! Learn something new every day. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

The stickers were always the first thing to go missing from the kits...the color handout was a close 2nd. I am fortunate enough to have 2 of the kits, and both have the stickers. I got the ignition shield with the DH sticker on it years before I even knew the info kits existed... always wondered what ever happened to the vette it came off of.

Tommy Johnson Sr. Tommy jr's. dad gave me that kit years ago. That might have been after I gave 500.00 for the org radatior to my green Gibb nova. He was the third owner of it and when the motor was pulled he must have taken the rad out. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

I'd just look at it as though you gave 500.00 for the kit and got the radiator for free. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
