I can't restore all these projects, so I am passing my Biscayne on to a better home. I bought this car from the son-in-law of the 2nd owner. From what I can tell, it has been a local car all its life. Original M22 car as documented by broadcast sheet, one of 77 B-body cars produced with the M22 4-speed in 1969. I do not have any paper to prove that it's a L72 car. However, the springs do have their original tags and the combination is L72 only. Car shows under 10,000 miles and was obviously raced. Original color was Burnished Brown with a black bench interior. Original motor and trans are gone but rear appears original and predates build. It needs total restoration but will be phenominal and unique when completed. Includes complete correct 4-speed shifter, boot/trim, crossmember, and linkage. Pictures can be found at http://flickr.com/photos/60807101@N00/sets/72157594582503947/. Price: $16,000. Please email or PM me with any questions; I am easy to work with. Thanks sYc!

I am not affillated with the sale of this car....I`m just letting all the sYc members know that Tony is a stand up guy. I had the opportunity to buy this car through Tony....I passed on the car...however my dealings with Tony were all very professional, truthful and curtious.

In my opinion. This is a great car....one that is deserving a restoration...especially since they are so scarce. You`d be pressed to find two of these cars at any local and or national show.

I feel that this price is fair....for such a rare car. If the car had paperwork....it would be a lot more than $16K.

Tony....good luck with the sale.

Dan.

I am offering the Biscayne once more to free up some garage space before the snow flies. Since the ad was first placed I bought a NOS rear bumper and 4 original YZ 15x6 steel wheels. These will be included with the car. I will take $13,500 for the entire package. Please pass the word along to anyone looking for a unique, solid-lifter winter project.
