View Full Version : 1969 COPO Chevelle built in Framingham,MA?

1969 Chevelle vin# 136379G354446. Frost lime exterior, all original body panels, fenders and rear cove never drilled for emblems, interior is dark green with buckets + console, no gauges, strange interior light, Malibu emblem above glove box, radio delete, turbo 400 kick down switch,3/8 fuel line, power steering and disk brakes. The trim tag is:
1 Body by Fisher 5
ST 69 13637 FM 112241 BDY
TR 796 59 S PNT
06A
the one and five is stamped on the tag.
Can any one help with this mystery car?

I don't think that the 300 Deluxe cars had the rear cove drilled/pierced unless they were SS396 cars. Not being a Baltimore car, it would need a ton of documentation if it actually is a real COPO car.

This is not a post car and the tail lights are not 300 deluxe. There were never any Malibu molding on this body. This is my friends car and he was talking to someone that knew about this lost car and where the 427 motor was in RI. The person never got back to him yet and he doesn't have his phone number.

I forgot to include that this has the SS hood the car had all the original paint!!!!
