Big brakes or were the wheels/caps added?

when i got the car it had cragers on it ,when i was cleaning it out the orig spare was a wide wheel and dated to the car so i believe it was a orig wide wheel car which was a no charge option, but most people opted for the hub caps.. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
