Nice pics,

I wish I had arrived earlier. I didnt see alot of the outside cars you had pics of since I didnt get there until around 1:30 pm.

I brought the Lemans Blue JL8 Z/28.It was the best cruise Ive ever been to. All GM,and I didnt have to explain what my license plates meant.

Thanks for posting those. The Gateway Camaro Club always puts on a first class cruise-in, with lots of neat cars.

I would have had the chance to meet Tom, and Charley. Charely being the Pontiac man and all.
Dennis, meeting you was great. I enjoyed talking with you and your wife.

I took pics as I got there and then again after I went back outside.

I saw the JL8 car come in. I was talking with my friend Eric Stemmler. He has the barn fresh Champagne 69 SS convertible, and the red 67 RS. We were standing by my cousin's Rally Green 69 SS Camaro. My cousin's car was cloned into a Z28 years ago by a previous owner, but is indeed an actual SS car.

Kasey, was nice meeting you too.
Also thank you to the owner of the blue Yenko Duece that let me use my jack. Sorry, totally forgot your name. Very nice man and enjoyed talking with you as well.

"I was talking with my friend Eric Stemmler."

http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif You know Eric? Small world! Can't wait to see what he does with the convert. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

I have known Eric for years. he is a really good guy and knows 1st gen Camaros like the back of his hand. We are from the same town, Jerseyville. He did some of the work on the 69 GTO I used to have and never should have sold. I even delivered the newspaper to his grandma's house where he used to live.
Every time I see him I try to convince him to keep it and fix it. He has a hard time hanging onto cars. I wish I had bought the maroon 68 RS he did last year.

This car has a very rich history on the 67 Show Tour!

Does anyone know if any other 67 Camaro Concept cars survived?
I was told the 67 SS 350 Cut away is still alive but I have not seen any pictures. I was also told that Chevrolet had a 6 pop cut away 67 car too.....Can anyone confirm this?
