A scarce Muscle Car that is definitely a top dog in the Muscle Car Market. The GSX Stage 1 is a hot car with a Rear Spoiler, Unique Stripes, Hurst Shifter, Heavy-Duty Suspension, Tach, Front Disc Brakes and a functional hood with scoops. Only 678 1970 GSX's were built with two color options. 178 GSX's were built in Apollo White and 491 were built in Saturn Yellow.
This one is Saturn Yellow with a 4spd transmission and NO A/C. She retains the her original engine and trans. One of the most reputable GSX craftsman in the hobby, Dave Kliener of GS Enterprises, just completed a concours restoration.
The car has ownership history back to selling dealer in West Virginia, as well as Wayne Roberts historical paperwork. "None better" is usually an exaggeration, not in this case. Car is absolutley concours correct in all respects. In speaking with Kevin Hand, this car is a better example than the one he just sold in half a day... Check out the Show Your Auto listing on this Buick 1970 BGSX Stage 1 (http://www.showyourauto.com/am/listings/l0196.html) Car is offered at $189,995, located in Elgin, IA.
