69 Chevelle SS 396. Selling my 69 Chevelle SS 396, Originally Black on Black, Code 10-10 PNT. Original Black Bucket Seats Code 756. Car was originally L-34 396 350 Hp, TH-400, Factory Tilt Column, Power Windows, PS, PDB, Factory Console. Chevelle now has Mid 70s 454, Block Casting #289 destroked to a 427. Still has Original #063 Heads. Converted to a Rebuilt M-21 last year with new Clutch, Flywheel, Etc. Rear Suspension is Lakewood Fully Boxed Lower Control Arms and Jegs Adjustable Uppers, Factory 12 Bolt Posi with 3:31 gears I believe. Engine Upgrades: Polished Edelbrock Performer Manifold, Holley 850 HP Carb, Accel HEI, Hooker Competition Headers, MSD Ign, and Soft Touch Rev Limiter. Chevelle has New 2.5 Inch Exhaust with H-Pipe and New Magnaflow Mufflers. The Body on this Chevelle is Very Solid. I took it to my Body man and he Said no Rust he could see or find. The Chevelle has an aftermarket fiberglass cowl induction type hood and was painted about 10 Years ago. Factory tinted glass and very nice interior. Restored 14 x 7 SS wheels with vintage Firestone SS Radials. A few chips & scratches, but paint looks good for being 10 years old. All trim is in very nice shape. Vinyl top was added when it was painted. The rear bumper is original in great shape and the front bumper is new. Aftermarket under dash oil pressure and water/temp gauges, tach, and shift light. Reproduction Muncie shifter mounted on Hurst Competition linkage. Car looks nice and is fun to drive. Gets “thumbs-up!” everywhere I go.
