Back in the day, I had a friend whose brother-in-law was a Powertrain Engineer at Ford in Detroit. He came home once with a silver & red 71 Boss 351 that they had 'massaged' just a wee bit :naughty: Took us for one VERY impressive ride in it....wow!

This was probably the strongest running small block out of Detroit.

My folks ordered a new Highland Green 68 Mustang GT with a gold C stripe back in the day but if I could have any Mustang I wanted it would be a Grabber Blue 71 Boss 351, what a beautiful car!

The 1971 Boss 351 is the only Boss engine (302, 351, 429) that does not use an A.I.R. pump.
