lakewood Bell Housing/Block plate year ID
Been going through a bunch of stuff lately looking for an inspection cover for a friend and dug this out. I remembered it had an issue with the pivot stud insert missing. The factory welds didn't hold (no penetration) I may call Lakewood up to see if they had some old stock to get it back in operational shape. I did see some Lakewood posts with catalogs but I didn't see the years they were from. I know it is early but not sure what year range. This one has all sorts of different shapes and extra welded nuts. There is not another one pictured on the web to help ID. Looking to the Day 2 gurus for help.

OK, so if it is not identified by year, can anybody recommend the correct red paint for the Lakewood bells of the 69-72 time period? I have seen them from almost orange to cranberry.
