ISO Centerline or Cragar wheels
Looking for either Centerline Auto Drags or Cragar Super Tricks, 5 on 4 3/4. Prefer satin finish and w/o holes drilled for tire screws.
Centerlines: 15X8.5 with 4 7/8" backspacing and 15X3.5 fronts -or- Cragar 15X8 with 4.5" backspacing and 15X3.5 fronts. |
Eric, I have 2 pr of 8.5 satin ADs 1 pr is new, NEW! , 1 pr like new. & 1 pr of 3.5s (not sure if I’ll part with these 3.5s, but may? ) and I am only less than 1 1/2 hours away. I bought all of these in 1979! And have owned them a long time.

I have a pair of Centerline 3.5's lined up locally, let me know on those 8.5's!

I'd be interested in a pair of the 15x8.5- (either set)
PM if looking to sell. Thanks! Jerry |
If you go with Centerlines, do yourself a huge favor and have some hubcentric rings made. I don't believe anyone has them on the shelf. I can send you the specs, or you can just measure them yourself. Several places on line that will make them for you.
I had several guys ask if I have to re-torque lugs from time to time, because most guys running CL wheels do have to re-torque. I do not, but only because I had rings made for both sets that I run. The very early CL wheels used beveled lug nuts (I STILL had rings made for those) but all the later wheels use a shank type lug nut. There is no way that the wheel is exactly centered via those shank nuts without a ring. |
Back to square one, still looking.

I have a pair of 15x7 SSTs... Likely not what you want but I'd let them go super cheap?
Let me know. Dan |

Are you stuck on those sizes? Guessing these are for your Chevelle?
15 x 10 fit under the rear of my 68 El Camino with not problem. I believe they are the same bs as this set: https://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/...568233450.html Mine are the very early ones with screw on hub caps. |
Dan;
I appreciate the offer, but I need 8" rims for my 276/60 DR's. I had to temporarily put the DR's on my old 15X7 steel rims to achieve workable backspacing with the new narrower `67 12 bolt in the car, and the tires are bulging pretty bad on them. |
Lynn;
For whatever reason, my 8's were only about an inch away from the lower shock mounts, I don't think I could get anything wider than 9" on there without it hitting. |
