Hi Joe, You know you can buy the goodyear's from Universal now. you can get them at Carlisle and have no shipping. I think Universal is near Harrisburg or Hershey.

Yeah, I'm just trying to piece a decent used set together without spending $300.00+ per tire. They only last about 10k miles and are about shot by then. I know a lot of guys buy cars with these already installed, drive on them a few miles then swap to radials...or have a couple spares stacked in the corner of the garage that aren't doing anything but getting old and taking up space. I'm looking for one of those guys!

I'd even consider a used repro set of F70-15 polyglas RWL if anyone has a decent set they're looking to sell.

I recall yours are 40 year old originals? I'm looking for something I can actually drive down the highway on, which is why I specified repops... well, that and because I'm cheap.
