----Really nice 69! Good options, good mileage, good condition with just a bit of work. I could see this running thru originality judging. Price is about right as well!.....Bill S

Great car and well known dealer. I had a twin aside from power windows. Both had PO2 wheel covers and blue/blue.

I like that one! Too bad it's not closer.
I have really enjoyed my 69 L46. For the money these cars are hard to beat in my opinion. |
Really Nice. I wonder why power steering was not ordered based on some of the other options selected?

Didn’t spec power brakes either. He was a big and tall Boeing engineer, so that’s why it has tilt/tele steering. He wanted a powerful, strictly mechanical sporty car, but wanted/needed AC, apparently. (Update: review of dealer paperwork shows odometer issue in 1972, while car was driven with some regularity until 1975. Actual mileage is likely in the 40s.)

Man that would be a really fulfilling project for someone, Meguires No7 about 3-4 applications and 30-40 hours of cleaning the chassis and interior and the car would be gorgeous.
Of course it needs the engine trans and rear flushed and probably all the seals in the trans and rear. Carb built, bushings in the suspension, brakes gone through, however the cosmetics on the car would be such a transformation in the end. |
I’m told this was sold locally today:)

I didn’t buy it (like everyone else who passed, bad timing) but I do have an invitation to go check it out further when it gets delivered. I believe there’s a lift at the garage, so I’ll try to document with more pics if I get over there.
