electrical guy in Phoenix area needed

I have a MOPAR that needs some electrical gremlins worked out. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good electrical guy in the Phoenix area out there who knows what he's doing that they can recommend....

1) For 21 tires and rims (now, I didn't study each one listed), that'd be about $500 per wheel/tire. That doesn't seem like a super crazy price for a NOS tire or tires...
