help identify wiring on vintage sun super tach

pretty strong earthquake and felt like a good rolling motion that had me holding onto the counter in the kitchen and it lasted maybe 20-30 seconds but felt really strong . no damage in long beach...

i'm running a pan evac set up for my breathers so i'm limited to using mopar style push in breathers . now i do somewhat remember using a screwdriver i think or a chisel to knock those plugs out but...

winters foundery snow flake on holley intakes
i've got an older holley strip dominator intake for a sbc that has a casting date of 12/9/75 and it has winters foundry snow flake on the r/front of the intake . i don't remember any holley intakes...
