Except this stamp has 8 characters instead of the usual 7. That's what is throwing me off. The 1 or T or I before the KB is an extra character. Is this a 69 396/350 or something else. If it was 7...

When you say 1969 Buick Skylark models 434-436-442-444, what does models mean? Also, is this also same as 1969 Olds?

If Buick, what year and vehicle? The diameter is identical to a 69 Camaro hub. The main difference I see is that the lower portion has an odd slant to it.
