Ive used the repop, its not poo poo. BTW its not a hump, its a plate. Oldsmobiles from 64-69 didnt have "humps".

So far powder coat is beyond your budget correct? A arms, rear end housings, and suspension pieces dont need to be powder coated. You can source really nice pit free...

Have the frame blasted and blast all the small stuff yourself. Then paint everything.

Google it. Easiest way to get them out without damaging the arms. The heat will separate the rubber from the shell. With a little effort you can push out the rubber and bolt sleeve leaving the shell....

Take a screw driver, pry out some of the bushing rubber. Take a torch, light the rubber on fire, wait a bit, take same screw driver and tear out the remaining rubber, crush the side of the metal...

They will say the same thing. Unless he fills in the entire frame with a high temp filler he will not get a smooth frame back. Guys use JB Weld and apparently Allmetal body filler to get pieces...

Removing all the interior, glass and doors would make your task a lot easier. The lighter the body the better. That way you can lift it by the trunk latch brace in the rear and by the top two...
