1971 USA 1 Plate
From previous conversations on the site I believe this to be a 1971 USA 1 plate. As you can see in the pics, its in very nice shape with just a little but of surface rust on the back at the top but it doesn't show on outer lip. It's been hanging on someones family room wall for the last 40 years.
