Either would work fine. Cloyes 9-3510WX9 has 9 keyways on the crank gear which would let you get the cam timing closer to correct (as long as you don't mind installing / removing the gear a few times). I'd avoid the c-3024X, as these "heavy duty" sets that aren't "true roller" seem to wear / stretch with very few miles. I've used a few of these on budget SBCs, and was surprised at how much slop I had after ~10-20k street miles.
