The info you posted is good, however those are all "Sending units" that send a variable resistance output ( a thermistor) to a gage.
1993369 is a temp switch only, it is either open or closed to ground the red idiot light. I checked with Lectric Limited and they do not make a temp switch.
The photo I posted and the one Dan posted, I do still believe those are older after market switches made of steel and zinc plated.
I am going to assume that a OEM switch would be brass like the senders are and would most likley look the same.
