Seems if DHPC had a network of dealers selling his modified cars, it would be wise to have trained at least one of the techs there. Those performance tuning schools where pretty popular in the late 1960 and 1970's.
There were a lot of good techs at the dealer back then. A time when there was no scan tool to tell you what was wrong.
A real shame in this all. I can see why the pool of people wanting to own a DH car these days is very limited.
