I have used the steel hoods on some of our resto mod builds and they fit very well. Perfect no, but very well. The last ones I bought were 5 years ago, so I do not know if the stamps have worn out.
As far as fiberglass you can purchase from Glasstech and they fit good. Not perfect. Ask for extra glass in order to make the structure more robust. You can also ask to remove the verticle edges if you prefer.
