If you're talking an unknown battery drain and unless you've already tried this, the below may help get you closer.
Pull the Neg battery connection and put a test light between the Neg Clamp and Neg battery post.
If the test light bulb lights up, indeed something's draining it.
Leave it connected w/ test light on and pull the fuses one by one until test light goes out...this indicates the culprit circuit.
Reinstall fuse and hook battery back up then investigate all items powered by this identified circuit.
