Thanks Paul.
I have History back to summer of 1975. Best friend bought it that summer in Wichita Falls Texas. It had a crate 427, 4 speed, snow flake intake, 780 Holley, equal length headers ( can't find a name on them) he still has them out behind his dads barn, scatter shield, traction bars, 3 point roll bar ( all Lakewood), L88 hood - with Corvette 427 emblems, electric fuel pump. I first saw it at age 18, I'm now 59. Always thought it could be a super car ( dealer built ). All the work looked professionally done. I have tried to get info from Pa. dmv with no luck. My friend who owned it from 1975 to 1986 sold the engine in 1985 to a person in Bellefonte Pa. area. He said he thinks he might have the engine serial number somewhere. Chevrolet told me they could trace the engine easier than the car.
