Copo, the slab will be 4" in single story areas and 6" where 18' ceiling height to allow for heavier storage requirements and lifts. It is 2x6 stick built walls, Almost flat roof slope as to allow me to get 18' ceilings without exceeding height restrictions and keeping its overall height lower than the primary residence as I didn't want to "dwarf" the house visually.

Hi Jonesy, My last one was 50x75 and it was enough but I was always tripping over stuff on the floor so this one is a little bigger floor space but more storage up second level. I am hoping that is the sweet spot.. good luck with your build and start a thread so we can see how yours is working out as well. Like cars, we can learn from others mistakes/successes. I know I have made many of both..
