Sam, I have had the same issues on the same tires that I have mounted on my Cragars and Aluminum Slots. I know what you mean, they get like a white chalky substance on them.

I have had good luck using either MGuires Vinyl and Rubber cleaner conditioner, I believe it's #40, or Vinylex.

The Vinylex works very good. Not to worry my friend. I am the detail Guru, you can ask Woj... I will gladly help you at MCACN with any detailing issues. Actually I can bring some of my detailing stuff, I have both of those rubber cleaners I mentioned. Just text me and let me know.
