There is only one specialty-order Fenderside 1962 Crew Cab pickup truck in the US, with three of the other six positively identified in Canada. Considering these railroad pickup trucks existed within industrial settings, it's unsurprising that the 1962 GMC Crew Cab is the rarest pickup truck on record.
