Build sheet codes + breakdown for 1970 Chevelle SS

i recently went through all the websites to search the codes and breakdowns of the build sheet. a lot of web sites like Dales Chevellestuff.com and searches from this super car site and Team chevelle etc... did help me crack down quite a few of the codes. a lot of the codes i already knew but some i just cant figure out or kinda of know but want to confirm.

1- Sequence number CO8097TON372 (just want to know what the "C" letter means)
2- Ign Key "0" it looks as though it continues from the sequence number but under ignition key but what does the "0" mean ?

well thats all of them,i pretty much know what the other codes mean or they are Blank or with slashes.
