unrestored 69 Z-28
$41,500 Original in this ad means born with, installed at the factory with, came from the factory with. 1969 Camaro Z-28 X-77 Cortez Silver-Black Vinyl top with a 12-B build date. It has X77 on the cowl tag and X7 on the bulkhead behind the rear seat. Original console, tach and gauge car with Endura bumper and wood wheel. Title search shows it was in the same family from 1972 until 2008. The car had been sitting since 1994 until Oct. 2013. Pics of the stamps and cowl tag were sent to CRG for their database and I received the following reply when asking about their authenticity "Pad pic isn't great but pretty sure it is ok. The stamps and tag look ok. Axle date is good". Original born with drivetrain except heads, carb, dist. and ring and pinion. I have rebuilt the engine with all new parts and it is now .040 on the bore with a sleeve in #2 cyl. due to rust. The 1178 crankshaft has been turned .010 on the rods and mains. I have the original heads but chose not to use them because of some valve seat issues. The heads have been replaced with the correct 186 castings but dated a couple of months earlier than the originals. The ring and pinion has been changed to 4.10 ratio. The engine has the original starter, alt, harmonic balancer ,pulleys and brackets. The original radiator is in very good condition. All glass except for the windshield is original. All seatbelts and shoulder harness's are original. Everything on the car works except the clock. All the gauges, tach, speedo, lights, horn, etc. Even the low fuel light works. Most of the brake parts are original. All the locks on the car work. Correct 1138 shifter and re-chromed 5325 stick. Rust free floorboards. For more info, serious buyers can send me a PM on here or email [email protected]. The car is located in S.E. Oklahoma. I welcome and encourage all serious buyers to come and inspect this car in person. Thanks sYc.

Re: unrestored 69 Z-28
Monday bump for a very solid car with rust free rockers, frame rails, shock towers, base of windshield, floors and package tray. I have over a hundred pics documenting everything on this car.

Re: unrestored 69 Z-28
Saturday bump with a new price. $39950. I was finally able to talk to the brother of the guy that owned this car for over 30 years who is now deceased. He had some great stories about the car and some good info about the original owner. He is trying to come up with some pics. First thing he asked me was does it still have the DZ engine.
