Opinions on this tag on a car I purchased.

Garnet Red with Black Vinyl Top, and I assume Black Stripes.

Thanks for the replies, it was so clean and crisp at first I thought it was a fake. The rest of the car changed my mind after looking at the engine, trans and rear stampings.

My plans are to restore it back to the original Garnet Red with black vinyl top.

Have you sent for the dealer shipped to info yet also is there any paperwork or owner history?

No I have not, how would I go about doing that? I do have the 2nd owner POP, out of the North Carolina area. The car apparently went to the west coast of California where it spent most of it's life. VIN sequence is N580062. Appears to be a rust free, all original GM sheetmetal car with ducted hood and endura bumper. Should look good restored in the original colors.
