I've used acetone- quick & easy, works pretty good.

I did buy some stuff off ebay a while back- haven't tried it yet.
Somewhat labor intensive- you need to pull the wheels off the car.
Temps need to be above 70, and I think you need to do it in the sun...

As a last resort there is this. If it is too bright white you can tone it down with a drop or two of black.

I use comet powder, mix a little water apply with a scrubbing sponge. Works every time
