Default Documented #s '69 L78 Chevelle Project

Priced right, good docs, good colors, original motor...love it...though the rear quarters show some obvious flaring/bondo action going on. IMO this is a better car to drive as-is than something you'd want to restore right away!

The D looks stamped after the gang stamp. But could still be factory. Also the 9 looks missing. This stamper could've been having a bad day.

I have a JD stamp block picture that's almost identical to the pattern on this car. If I can dig it up I'll post it.

It happens . . .



Worker forgot to reset the stamp then when he realized his mistake - he just stamped over his first effort.

yea i have seen that but they arn,t huge gaps between the letters.

Yep, look at the side view pictures and notice where the wheel & tire are located in the rear wheel openings
