That car is really pretty strange. Other than the wear on the steering wheel & shifter I would tend to believe the miles although the original gatorbacks should still be on it. I would want to see the RPO codes on that one because it has no options at all on it (not even a rear defroster) but has the IROC package? Also has the GMMG chambered exhaust/headers so not totally stock either.

Notice the block off plates on the sides of the dash where the vents would normally go - very rare A/C delete dash.
