Roof Rail Channel Seal Tip
The foam backing on my roof rail weatherstrip channel was still in pretty good shape on most of my pieces so they will be re-used. One piece needed replaced in entirety, one other needed patched. I found a product through Amazon that was as close to an identical match as possible - I honestly can't tell the difference. Why I obsess over stuff that will never be seen is unexplainable, but I know others in this hobby are the same way. So here a few pics of the product and what it looks like on the piece I patched and a piece that I replaced completely. Hope this helps other OCD guys

Yup! That would be me too. I searched for several hours a few years ago until I found the right tape and have never been happier. You can't see it but I know its there and looks correct. Thanks for sharing your find.
