Default Water pump pulley 3995640BV

Have a GM 6" dia deep groove water pump pulley stamped 3995640BV. I have looked but cannot find application. Wondering if anybody can help me out.

Nice, Thanks Mark. Over the counter replacement for 1969 L78, L89 or COPO. Changed the part # but kept the BV.
