Default 66 Biscayne 4 speed shifter boot/retaining plate

I have a 66 L72 Biscayne and I am looking for an original style 4 speed shifter boot and retaining plate. Does anyone know where I can purchase these items?
Thanks in advance,

Extremely hard to find stuff worth a fortune as I'm sure you know. There are a few sources I know of but I've tried them already for the boot along time ago and nothing??? PM me and I can send you some info for contacts.
