Default COPO part ?

Hello, everybody . Was looking through the info on my 68 Impala SS427 & found a tag that says K.D. Special Order .Has a part # 774 0875 on it & under name it says " frame " . Down at the bottom of the tag under shipper # it says COPO-9832-BA . Just courious as to what it might be . Has a date on it close to the time the car was built . Any thoughts ?

Default Re: COPO part ?

Just a thought, but in sixties Chevy lingo KD often referred to Knock-Down cars..
CKD, TKD and PKD represented Complete, Total and Partial KD units and were usually cars shipped partially assembled to other countries..
